DOROTHY DEBUTS is a new event offering expanding the opportunities for more DJs to feature at Dorothy - and more cover free nights to get your dance on at Dorothy! Save a few bucks and see people play who have never gotten behind the decks in our lounge before.

Our next event is on JULY 3RD featuring DJs Cobra B & Queen Méabh. From 9-11pm DJ Coba B will be playing an eclectic & genre fusion set followed by Queen Méabh from 11-1am with a crowd-driven disco, 90s r&b, house and groove set.

Doors at 6pm and the dancefloor kicks off at 9pm. No cover all night! Dorothy remains open until 2am!

ABOUT THE DJs

From the Zambian braai parties she went to as a kid, to playing electric bass in punk bands, and her sad boi Pisces stellium, Cobra B pulls from her unique experiences to create energizing mixes. With her on the decks, expect to go on a journey exploring the sounds of amapiano, soulful house, afrobeats, neo soul, club remixes, and more.

A lifelong lover of electronic music, Queen Méabh began spinning Daft Punk, disco, and house records in 2024 and hasn’t looked back since. With performances across Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee, her sound blends deep house grooves, elegant French touch, sparkling disco, and flashes of New Wave. Think Paradise Garage meets a Paris discothèque — timeless, chic, and made for the dance floor.
