Join us for an intimate set and conversation with two of Chicago's dopest women in hip-hop. See performances from FURY and Jovan Landry (featuring Chop Suey) followed by Q&A to discover the challenges faced by queer women in hip-hop.

FURY (stands for Finally Understanding the Real You) is a rapper/songwriter from Chicago dedicated to making soulful heartfelt music to strengthen and empower those who listen. Her style is similar to artists such as Queen Latifah, Lauryn Hill and Megan Thee Stallion.

Jovan Landry is a multidisciplinary artist from Chicago with talents ranging from rapping, dj, composer, producer, and photographer just to name a few. Her music is similar to artists such as Left Eye and Doechii with thoughtful lyrics and intense delivery.

Doors at 6pm with a one hour happy hour until our event begins at 7pm. Dorothy remains open after the event until 11pm.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $17 at the door.
