Byrdie (she/her) is the mind (and hands, and apron) behind Byrdie Bakery, a self-taught microbakery born from a love of slow, intentional baking and an insatiable desire to share. She's most inspired by nature and seasonality, wild yeast, florals, tea, and small rituals. Since 2023, her pastries and sourdough subscription service earned her a loyal following of folx who agree that food should feel like something to cherish and look forward to, not just sustenance. She finds herself extremely honored to offer a few sweets and a few savories from her menu.
Byrdie will be accompanied by Kevin Clark of Puppy Man Hot Sauce who will be offering a Chipotle Chili dish as well as his signature Bahamian Pineapple hot sauce to take home, or crack open in-house if you simply cannot resist.
Doors open at 6pm with a one hour happy hour. RSVPs and entry is free! Purchases are made directly with Byrdie & Kevin, while supplies last. Dorothy remains open until last call at 11pm.
