To borrow from the Billion Oyster Project: all living things transform. Oysters are protandric hermaphrodites - they begin life as male and later transition to female in response to their environment. Motorshucker began in 2021 bringing oysters direct from Cub Dimling’s family farm in Fishers Island, New York, to the Chicago community. Our mission is to offer great food and fun times to some unexpected places. Our name reflects our mobile nature, our passion for motorcycles, and for mollusks! We host a regular pop-up at Easy Does It (Thursday - Monday) and at Queen Mary (Sunday - Monday).

Doors open at 6pm with a one hour happy hour. RSVPs and entry is free! Purchases are made directly with Cub, while supplies last. Dorothy remains open until last call at 11pm.

Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Ave. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please wait by the black door on Campbell Ave with our logo in the window and call our staff to assist: 773-770-3799
