Amanda Christine Harth & Felton Edward Kizer are the minds behind Monday Coffee, a small batch coffee brewer & distributor. They also oversee Monday Cafe, an intentional gathering space with Monday Coffee at their helm in the North Lawndale neighborhood.

On August 4th, Monday pops up at Dorothy! Expect an evening where coffee culture meets cocktail hour—think inventive coffee-forward pours, a few zero-proof surprises, and a soundtrack as smooth as your favorite pour-over.

In partnership with Maison Ferrand spirits, the Monday team joins us as guest baristas in collaboration with our Dorothy bartender team, serving up an espresso and cold brew forward menu.
